About this place
Set across 145 peaceful acres of green countryside in Kin Kin in the Noosa Hinterland on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, Living Valley Health Retreat has welcomed guests since 1990. Co-founded by Gary and Debbie Martin alongside Les and Kaye Shaw, and now led by Giselle Martin, the family-operated retreat centres every stay around personalised naturopathic care, meals, wellbeing activities and time to rest.
Guests can choose a day visit or a longer stay, from a couple of days to several weeks. The programmes have different schedules and focuses, so check the current options with the retreat before booking.
Onsite facilities span steam rooms, ice baths, Infrared sauna, an AirPod hyperbaric oxygen chamber, Pilates studio and fitness centre, bushwalking trails, and equine-assisted therapy. Waterlily Day Spa also welcomes day visitors for facials, massage and body treatments using Australian-made Waterlily skincare. You can ask about current treatment times without booking an overnight stay. Spa appointments vary.
